Due Date: 12/31/2016 New Year's Eve!
Baby is the Size of: An Eggplant! Baby is measuring 14" long. I can't believe my next ultrasound is in 2 weeks! I'm so excited and am really curious to see if Rory is still measuring to be a big baby.
Weight Gain: 18-19 lbs. I had a regular prenatal appointment last week and they started doing the fundal height measurements where they measure your belly. They said I'm right on track, so that makes me feel a little better with all of this weight gain even though they didn't mention if my weight gain was on track or not.
Symptoms: Nausea, headaches, sore sensitive boobs, bloating, moody, fatigue, lightening crotch, sciatic nerve pain, calf cramps, round ligament pain, and a little bit of heartburn. Still taking 1 morning sickness pill before bed.
Name: Rory Brielle
Movement: Yes! I usually feel her at least once a day but it definitely isn't that noticeable if I'm really busy. I usually feel her when I'm laying down.
Nursery: We're going with a woodland/ woodland critters and floral theme. The nursery is painted, the curtain rod and curtains are hung up, crib is put together, and some wall art has been put up. After my baby shower, I can start working on the last piece of wall art for Rory's gallery wall and then it is ready for Jesse to put up!
Sleep: Still tired, nothing new here.
Best Moment(s) of the Week:
-I had my regular prenatal appointment and they refilled my Diclegis- thank God!
-Our 1 year anniversary!
-Getting Gary neutered lol. Well Jesse took him to get that done while I was at work. So glad to have those things gone!
-My sister ordered her MOH dress and my step sister ordered her bridesmaid dress!!!
-My baby shower!!! I'm hoping to get my post done on my baby shower this week or next week, so be on the look out.
I made sure my younger sister got a picture of me and Jesse before he went off to the casino.
Cravings & Aversions: Rice (and Chipotle- that's a given), brownies, cupcakes, cookies, fruit, and fresh veggies (mainly fresh raw green peppers), chocolate, Belgian waffles, s'mores, and Olive Garden's black tie mousse cake. I'd be very surprised if Rory doesn't end up having a big sweet tooth like her mommy.
Aversions... Still the same. Grilled chicken (unless it is like overdone and crispyish), nuts, spinach & artichoke dip, and biscuits.
Mood: Very happy but getting very easily annoyed.
Looking Forward to: Working on Rory's nursery, writing thank you cards (not), and working on analyzing my list of things I put on my registry, what I actually received, and what we still need to buy. That last part might not sound that much fun but I love spreadsheets!
Have a great week!!!
